J U D G M E N T When the matter came up before this Court on 31.7.2019 to comply the office objections for the 5th time, none appeared for the appellant nor complied the office objections and this Court granted finally one week time to comply the office objections, failing which directed to post the matter for dismissal.
2. Today, when the case called twice both in the pre-lunch session as well in the post-lunch session, none appeared for the appellant nor complied the office objections. Hence this Court has no option except to dismiss the appeal for non-compliance of office objections.
Accordingly, the appeal is dismissed for non- compliance of office objections.
