Civil Judge and JMFC at Tumkur.

O R D E R These writ petitions are filed against the order dated 25.10.2018 on I.A. filed under Order XVI Rule 1 and 2 read with S.151 of CPC in O.S.No.879/2001 on the file of the I Addl. Civil Judge and JMFC, Tumakuru ['Trial Court' for short].
It is discerned that the said O.S.No.879/2001 has been disposed of by the Trial Court and hence, writ petitions do not survive for consideration.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petitions stand dismissed as having rendered infructuous.
