2. Petitioner had sought to quash the FIR in Crime No.51/2013 and when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned SPP-II appearing for respondent No.2 submits that after completion of investigation charge-sheet is laid against the petitioner and summons is issued to witnesses.
3. In view of these developments, in the absence of any challenge to the charge sheet, reserving liberty to challenge the charge-sheet on such grounds available to the petitioner, the petition is dismissed.
In view of dismissal of main petition, I.A.No.1/2014 is also dismissed as it does not survive for consideration.
