ORDER R.DEVDAS J., (ORAL):
The parties have filed a joint memo dated 17.10.2019 stating that the husband has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.6,25,000/- to the respondent-wife, while the respondent wife had agreed to withdraw all the pending cases filed by her before all the Courts. The husband and wife had agreed to file a joint petition for divorce by mutual consent before the competent court at Kundapura.
2. Today the parties have filed a memo dated 20.11.2019 stating that the parties – husband and wife have filed an application seeking divorce by mutual consent before the competent court at Kundapura. As a consequence, the petitioners seek leave of th e Court to withdraw the petition as having become infructuous.
3. The memo is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. The petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous.
