ORDER The writ petition is disposed off as having withdrawn in terms of memo. The liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to file CRP.
It is needless to mention that the period spent in prosecution of this writ petition shall be discounted while computing the period of limitation for filing the CRP.
Registry to return the impugned order to the petitioner forthwith.
