ORDER None for the petitioner.

2. The petition is admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same is heard finally.
3. In this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has assailed the validity of the order dated 10/01/2014 passed by the trial Court on an application filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 and 2 of CPC as well as order 11/04/2014, by which, the appeal preferred by the petitioner has been dismissed.
4. When the matter was taken up today, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that subsequently the petitioner filed another application for injunction and the trial Court by order dated 24/06/2014 had granted an order of injunction in favour of the petitioner. Being aggrieved, the respondent has filed M.A. No.41/2014, in which the appellate Court has directed the parties to maintain status quo. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.
5. The aforesaid submission is taken on record. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
