ORDER None appears for the petitioner.
Learned counsel for respondent No.3 would submit that subsequent to filing of this writ petition enquiry initiated against the petitioner is continued and the same is concluded. Thereafter, the finding of the enquiry officer along with the recommendation of 3rd respondent is sent to the competent authority, namely Secretary to Government, Rural Development and Panchayath Raj Department, who is 1st respondent in this proceedings.
Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.
His submission is placed on record.
Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as it has become infructuous.
