Above all accused are same address Resident of B.Hosur Village, Keragodu Hobli, Mandya Taluk.

This Criminal Petition coming on for Hearing, this day the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing the case for some time seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the trial Court and seek discharge.
The submission of learned counsel is placed on record.
Reserving such liberty, the criminal petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
