As the applicant is not able to get the address of respondent no. 5 and consequently not able to serve notice of present Criminal Revision Application upon respondent no. 5 even after a period of 11 years of filing of the present Criminal Revision Application, the present application is dismissed for non-prosecution so far as respondent no. 5 is concerned.
