THIS WRIT PETITION IS FILED UNDER ARTICLES 226 AND 227 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF INDIA PRAYING TO DIRECT THE RESPONDENT TO REWRITE THE INDIAN HISTORY BY SET-RIGHTING THE DEFECTED HISTORY OF NEHRU DYNASTY BY RELIGION MUSLIM AND BOOSTING THEM AS IF THEY ARE HINDUS IS FALSE AND ETC.
THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING THIS DAY, ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE, MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER The petitioner, who is a practicing Advocate, has filed this public interest litigation seeking a direction to the respondent to rewrite the Indian History.
2. The petitioner claims to have made an application for implementation of Article 44 of the Constitution. His application has not been considered by the Government of India.
3. We have heard the petitioner, appearing in person, and have gone through the records.
4. The matter is essentially within the domain of the executive and this Court cannot issue direction to the Union Government for implementation of Article 44 of the Constitution. Further, we are of the considered view that no public interest is involved in this petition. Hence, we decline to exercise our jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed.
