The writ petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents from filling up the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) without considering the petitioner for the post in the 3rd respondent school.
2. I heard Mr.P.Ganesan for S.Mani, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, Special Government Pleader for R1, R2 and Mr.Bharathachakravarthy for M/s.Sai Bharath Ilan for R3, appearing for the respondents.
3. It is reported by Mr.R.Govindasamy, Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the petitioner was also appointed on 01.06.2003 on consolidated pay based on G.O.Ms.No.125, School Education Department, dated 12.11.2003.
4. Recording the submission of the learned Special Government Pleader, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
