THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR ORDERS THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Smt. H.R. Renuka, learned Counsel for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner dated 3.5.2016 has been considered by the 2nd respondent and an endorsement has been issued on 8.7.2016. Hence, the prayers sought in the writ petition do not survive for consideration. The said submission is placed on record.
2. In view of the above said submission, Prayer No.1 in writ petition against show cause notice is not maintainable. As against the 2nd prayer, the 2nd respondent has already issued an endorsement as stated supra. Therefore, the relief sought in the writ petition do not survive for consideration.
3. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the endorsement dated 8.7.2016, if he is aggrieved and in accordance with law. Consequently, I.A.I/2017 is dismissed as it does not survive for consideration.
