ORDER Counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo stating that the petitioner in this proceedings is dead for almost two years back. It is also stated by him that he has no instructions from the family members of petitioner and after coming to know about the death of petitioner he is filing the present memo.
The memo is taken on record.
Since the petitioner is said to have died, the petition is dismissed as abated. However, it does not take away the right of legal representatives of petitioner to seek revival of this writ petition by filing proper application, if needed.
