Taking into account the order which this Court proposes to pass, it is not necessary to issue notice to the respondent Nos.2 to 4.
2. The petitions are admitted for hearing. With consent of the learned counsel for the parties, the same are heard finally.
3. In these petitions, the petitioners inter alia seek for a direction to the respondents to consider the application dated 23.10.2018 submitted by the petitioner which is pending consideration before the respondent No.2 to set up a petrol pump.
4. After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and in the facts of the case, the petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.2 to consider and decide the application submitted by the petitioner by a speaking order within two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
