THIS WRIT PETITION COMING ON FOR PRELIMINARY HEARING, THIS DAY, THE COURT MADE THE FOLLOWING:
ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner having argued the matter for some time now submits that he would be satisfied if his representation in contemplation seeking his re-transfer to the original post is directed to be considered in a time bound way subject to a default clause.
2. The above submission being fair, a direction issues to the 1st respondent to consider petitioner’s representation if and when made, within two weeks thereafter, in accordance with law.
3. Time for compliance is two months subject to the default clause that within two weeks, if the representation is not accordingly considered, the petitioner shall be restored to the original post.
Registry shall send a copy of this order to the respondents, to whom notice is dispensed with because of innocuous nature of relief sought.
Writ Petition is disposed off.
