Respondents (By Shri.T.S.Mahanthesh, AGA for R1 – R4) This Writ Petition is filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India praying to quash the impugned order dated 25.02.2019 issued by respondent Nos.2 to 4 appointing respondent No.5 as Anganwadi Worker to Alilughatta – A Anganwadi Centre (Sl.No.1) (Annexure – R) and etc., This Petition coming on for orders, this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER By an order dated 23.4.2019, this Court directed issuance of notice to respondent No.5 and was also pleased to order that appointment of respondent No.5 shall be subject to the final outcome of the writ petition.
2. Notice was not issued to respondent No.5 since PF was not paid. Hence, the matter was re-listed on 11.7.2019. This Court granted two weeks to take steps.
3. Yet again, no steps have been taken to enable the Registry to issue notice to respondent No.5. Hence, the writ petition is dismissed for non prosecution. The interim order granted earlier stands dissolved.
