This Civil Petition coming on for hearing, this day, the Court made the following :
ORDER This is a petition filed by the wife seeking transfer of M.C.3556/2018 pending on the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, to the Family Court at Mysuru.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the respondent. Though certain reasons are given for seeking transfer of the case from Bengaluru to Mysuru, now the learned counsel for the respondent states that his client has no objection for transferring the case M.C.3556/2018 to Mysuru Court. In view of this submission made by the respondent’s counsel, petition stands allowed. M.C.3556/2018 is withdrawn from the file of Principal Judge, Family Court, Bengaluru, and transferred to the Family Court, Mysuru, for disposal according to law. Parties are directed to appear before the Family Court, Mysuru, on 18.9.2019.
