ORDER Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, initially this writ petition was filed challenging the order passed by the Court below with reference to Court Fee payable. The petitioner herein is ready and willing to accept the order impugned and pay the Court Fee.
2. In that view of the matter, this writ petition does not merit consideration. Accordingly, the same is disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to comply the order of the Court below, impugned in this proceedings.
