O R D E R Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. The petitioner is before this Court, being aggrieved by the order passed by the trial Court on I.A. No.2, preferred under Order VII Rule 11(d) of CPC.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the evidence has been completed and both the parties have let in evidence. The suit is set for final arguments and hence, it is prayed that the revision petition be disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the disposal of the original suit itself.
4. The submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is placed on record.
The revision petition is disposed of with a direction to the trial Court to expedite the hearing and consequential disposal of the suit in O.S. No.920/2005 as expeditiously as possible at any rate within an outer limit of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
I.A. No.1/2016 filed for stay does not survive for consideration and the same is accordingly disposed of.
