R.B.Satyanarayana Singh, AGA.,) These Writ Petitions are filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to direct the respondents to permit the students to take up their ITI Exam (Fitter Trade) for July 2017 in Engineering Drawing subject to the students by name Sri.Tejash S, II Semester, Lokesh T.S. and Manu K III Semester, ITI students of the petitioner institution as per the list submitted by the petitioner to the respondents for Trade Fitter for the session:2013-15 vide Annex-C and permit them to appear for theory examination commencing from 31.07.2017 to 10.08.2017 vide Annex-B and etc., These petitions coming on for ‘Preliminary Hearing’ this day, the Court made the following:
ORDER Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking direction to the respondents to permit the students of the Petitioner’s Institution to attend the ITI Exam (Fitter Trade) commencing from 31.07.2017 to 10.08.2017.
2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the prayer made by the learned counsel appearing for petitioner is to be rejected as the petitioner has not paid the examination fees and upon instructions received from the officials who were present before the Court, the learned AGA submits that, the students of the Petitioner institution will be permitted to attend the examination, in case the petitioner pays the fees with fine by 01.08.2017.
3. For the best interest of the students, if the Petitioner pays the examination fee with fine by 01.08.2017, its students will be permitted to appear for the examination scheduled to be held from 31.07.2017 to 10.08.2017.
4. Permitting the petitioner to pay the fees with fine today and on receipt of the same, respondents are directed to collect examination fee and permit the students of the petitioner’s institution to appear for the examination scheduled to be held from 31.07.2017 to 10.08.2017.
In the light of above facts and circumstances, these writ petitions stands disposed of.
