2. In this petition, the petitioners inter alia seek a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the application filed by the petitioners dated 10.01.2018 at Annexure-D.
3. On perusal of records, I deem it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, subject to payment of deficit court fee within a period of one week, with a direction that the competent authority shall consider and decide the application filed by the petitioners in accordance with law by a speaking order within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed today. Ordered accordingly.
4. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
