ORDER After arguing the matter at length, Sri N. Ramachandra, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the subsequent developments, the petitioner may be permitted to file a representation to the District Registrar of Societies about the irregularities committed by respondent No.2 and the 1st respondent may be directed to consider and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.
2. In view of the above, writ petition is dismissed reserving liberty to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the 1st respondent-District Registrar of Societies in respect of the irregularities committed by the 2nd respondent and after filing of such representation, the 1st respondent shall consider the said representation and pass orders in accordance with law within a period of two weeks.
