1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take all defences, which are taken in the writ petition, before the Disciplinary Committee No.II of the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry.
2. The writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed, with liberty as prayed for. Resultantly, pending application shall stand closed. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.
