ORDER:
This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 30.09.2013, in Writ Petition No.28145 of 2013.
At the hearing, learned Government Pleader for Revenue (Telangana State), on instructions, submitted that the respondent has passed a final order on 13.10.2014, as per the direction of this Court. He has furnished a copy of the said order to the learned counsel for the petitioners during the hearing.
Inasmuch as the respondent has complied with the order of this Court, albeit with some delay, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioners to avail appropriate remedy if they feel aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent.
