Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A.
Learned A.G.A. has informed the Court that report under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. has already been filed by the police on 16.12.2020 and the cognizance has been taken by the concerned Magistrate.
If so advised, the applicant may ventilate his grievance by initiate an appropriate proceeding before this Court.
With this observation, the present anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
