The accused applicant Gyanu Singh @ Jagdish Singh @ Jagveer Singh is involved and detained in Case Crime No. 589 of 2009, under Sections 2/3 U.P. Gangester Act from Police Station Pali District Hardoi and he has applied for bail.
Learned counsel for the applicant contends that as per gang chart, only two cases have been shown against the accused applicant in which he is already on bail. Therefore, he deserves to be released on bail. Learned A.G.A opposed the prayer for bail.
Considered the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned Additional Government Advocate, and keeping in view the facts of the case without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, applicant may be released on bail.
Let applicant Gyanu Singh @ Jagdish Singh @ Jagveer Singh be released on bail in aforesaid case crime number on his furnishing a personal bond with two sureties each in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court Concerned. Order Date :- 23.6.2010 Amit
