Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel and perused the record.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that under the Government Scheme there was cultivator Accident Insurance. However, that amount has not been paid as yet inspite of repeated oral and written request. Subsequently representation dated 1.11.2017 was given to the District Magistrate, respondent no.3, hence the prayer is to issue direction for payment of amount under Cultivator Accident Insurance Scheme and to decide the representation.
Considered the submissions.
In view of the above, the respondent no.3 is directed to consider the claim of the petitioner and if she is entitled for payment of amount under the Cultivator Accident Scheme, then District Magistrate will consider the same regarding payment, at the earliest, preferably within a period of two months.
With the above observation this writ petition is finally disposed off.
