Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for State.
In compliance of the order dated 10.12.2019, the original records has been produced.
The present writ petition has been filed for mandamus directing respondent no. 3 to decide Restoration Application within a period stipulated as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.
It has been stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that restoration application is pending since 26.8.2018 and same may be decided within the stipulated time.
The learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the submission made by the counsel for the petitioner.
Without entering into the controversy involved in the writ petition, the writ petition is disposed of with direction to respondent no. 3 to decide the recall/restoration application dated 26.8.2018, expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of producing a certified copy of this order before the concerned authority, in accordance with law provided there is no other legal impediment.
