Sri B.S. Sisaudia, learned Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of Triveni Prasad Verma, SDM, Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur enclosing therewith an order dated 28.05.2019 whereby the petitioner is appointed as fair price shop agent of village Devkahiya, Block Sardarnagar, Tehsil Chauri Chaura, District Gorakhpur, same is taken on record.
Thus, the grievance of the petitioner has been satisfied and as such, there is no cause of action surviving the writ petition.
The writ petition is dismissed as having been infructuous.
