By this appeal, a challenge is made to the interim order dated 19th February, 2021. The writ petition is still pending thus, it is yet to be decided on merits. The counter affidavit has already been filed by the appellant and subsequently rejoinder affidavit by the petitioners/non-appellants. Thus, pleadings are complete.
In view of the above, better course is to allow the parties to argue the matter finally before the learned Single Judge and accordingly, the Registry is directed to list the writ petition before the learned Single Judge on 16th August, 2021 for final argument. The writ petition would be listed in first ten cases. In case, petitioners/non-appellants seek adjournment on that date, the appellant-respondent would be at liberty to press for modification or vacation of the stay order.
With the aforesaid, appeal is disposed of.
