Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has assailed the order dated 13.03.2020 passed by the Additional Principal Judge, Family Court-III, District Gorakhpur on the application under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act in Suit No.48 of 2019 (Gyandas Vs. Smt. Sarita).
Against any of the order of Family Court, there is appeal under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984, therefore, the present writ petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is not maintainable.
Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to file appeal under Section 19 of Family Courts Act, 1984.
