Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is encroachment over the reserve land of Arazi Nos. 129, 71 & 69 of village Kishunipur, Pargana Kewai, Tehsil Handia, District Prayagraj.
Sri Girish Vishwakarma submits that petitioner has alternative statutory remedy under Section 26 of the Revenue Code, 2006.
This proposition is not disputed by learned counsel for the petitioner, therefore he prays for withdrawal of the petition with liberty to avail alternative statutory remedy.
Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty.
