This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to quash the order dated 20.02.2021 as well as entire criminal proceedings of Case No. 832 of 2021 (Gyan Singh Yadav vs. Vishwajeet and others), under Sections 156(3) Cr.P.C., Police Station- Madiyahaun, District- Jaunpur, pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jaunpur.
The applicant has approached this Court against the dismissal of the application under Section 156 (3) Cr.P.C. The order passed by the court below does not suffers from any illegality, infirmity or jurisdictional error requiring any interference by this court. The application lacks merit and is liable to be dismissed.
Hence the present application is accordingly dismissed. It is open for the applicant to file a complaint before the court below.
