JUDGMENT / ORDER

Court No. - 55
Case :- CRIMINAL MISC. BAIL APPLICATION No. - 6990 of 2018 Applicant :- Gyan Singh Opposite Party :- State Of U.P. Counsel for Applicant :- Anil Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party :- G.A.
Hon'ble Rahul Chaturvedi,J.
Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record.
By means of this application, the applicant who is involved in case crime no. 183 of 2017, under Sections 302, 506 IPC, P.S. Amapur, District- Kasganj is seeking enlargement on bail during the trial.
Learned counsel for the applicant in support of his application for bail submits that the applicant is innocent. He has been falsely implicated. It is further submitted that the applicant is named in the present FIR. He has assigned the specific role of firing upon the deceased. It is further submitted that the deceased received one gun shot injury and the cause of death is shock and hemorrhage as a result of anti-mortem fire arm injury. The postmortem report fully corroborates the prosecution version.
Under the circumstances, I do not find any good reason to grant indulgence to the applicant. Consequently, the bail application is rejected.
It is expected from the learned trial Judge to gear up the trial and try to conclude the same by 31.12.2018, if possible. It is directed that the applicant would render all necessary co-operation in early conclusion of the trial.
Let a copy of this order may be served by the office to the court concern within 15 days from the production of certified copy of this order.
