Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicant- Gyan Singh seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 140 of 2021, under Sections 147, 149, 332, 353, 323, 504, 307 IPC and 7 Criminal Amendment Act, P.S. Aonla, District- Bareilly.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicant is ready to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicant appears/surrenders before the court below and applies for regular bail in the aforesaid case, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above directions, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
