Learned Standing Counsel is directed to seek instructions as to whether, when all kinds of transfer orders in which either transfer orders have been passed with approval or without approval of the Police Establishment Board have been stayed by this Court on the ground that the Board is not properly constituted, and in this case, in the connected writ petitions the interim orders have been extended upto 12th July, 2010, then why the petitioners are being relieved.
