Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the writ court order has been complied in respect of applicants no. 1 to 5 and no cause survives.
Insofar applicant no. 6, who was working with Shri Ganga Baksh Kanodia Gandhi Inter College, Kaptanganj, Kushinagar, it is urged that the Principal of the institution vide communication dated 8 June 2018, addressed to the District Inspector of Schools, Kushinagar, has categorically stated that applicant no. 6 has not performed duty from July 2012 to June 2014, therefore, arrears of salary has been denied.
In view thereof, in terms of the writ court order, it will be open for the aggrieved applicant to make representation before the District Inspector of Schools, Kushinagar. In the event, such a representation is made, the District Inspector of Schools, Kushinagar, shall decide the same pursuant to directions of the writ court from the date of filing of certified copy of this order, preferably within two months after hearing the management/principal of the institution. Copy of the order passed by the Principal of the college has been made available to the learned counsel for the applicant.
The contempt petition is disposed of on the consent of the parties.
