Petitioners have approached this Court with the grievance that their claim has not been considered in accordance with law for exercising their option in the matter of recruitment in the Combined Junior Engineer Examination. It is submitted that there was certain technical snag on account of which they were not permitted to exercise their choice in terms of the advertisement. A representation in that regard has also been made, which has not been considered.
Sri K.S. Kushwaha, learned counsel for the Commission states that the petitioners' grievance would be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to represent their grievance before the respondent no. 2 alongwith a certified copy of this order. Petitioners shall be at liberty to annex all materials in support of their claim. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be dealt with by the Commission, in accordance with law, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, within a period of two months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
