201805200201928) (Gyan Prakash vs. Om Prakash and others) for recalling of the order dated 6.2.2016 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Restoration Application dated 4.7.2016 pending in Case No. 207 of 2009 new Number T-2016052002510 (T-201805200201928) be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
