JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard the learned counsel for the applicants and the learned A.G.A. and perused the record.
The learned counsel for the applicants submitted that the instant case is a counter blast of earlier cases. No offence under sections 452, 325, 336, 504, 506, 427 and 323 I.P.C. is made out against the applicants.
The applicants may move an application for discharge before the court concerned, if any such application is moved it shall be given due consideration and appropriate order thereon shall be passed in accordance with law.
With the aforesaid observations the petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of finally.
