This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order dated 01.04.2019, in case No.6830 of 2017 (Allahabad Bank Vs. M/s. New Shiv Traders and other) passed by the respondent no.2, under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest (SARFAESI) Act, 2002.
After arguments were heard at some length learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum.
In view of the aforesaid, writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed.
