Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
The present writ petition is filed by the petitioners with the prayer to direct the respondent no. 1 i.e. Civil Judge(Junior Division),Sadar, District-Pratapgarh to decide the suit for permanent injunction pending before him bearing original suit no. 142 of 2010 "Gyan Dutt & Others Vs. Srinarayan" expeditiously within a period as fixed by this court This court on administrative side has already issued directions to the court below to maintain zero pendency of cases which are more than five years old. In view of orders already issued on administrative side, the trial court is expected to decide the present suit which is pending since the year 2010 expeditiously without any further delay.
In view of aforesaid, the petition is disposed of.
