The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.382 of 2005 instituted by the petitioner against the defendant-respondents within a specified time frame.
A perusal of the order sheet reveals that application 410 Ga is fixed for disposal.
Counsel for the petitioner points out that issues have not been framed in the suit so far.
Having regard to the fact that suit is an old one, it is desirable that the trial court decides the suit expeditiously, by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to the parties.
