ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief :
“ … to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent commission to expeditiously take up for consideration and dispose of O.P. No.72 of 2012 pending on the file of 1st respondent within a time frame deemed reasonable …”
At the hearing, Ms. Avani Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in view of the new development, namely, constitution of separate Regulatory Commission for the State of Telangana, the petitioner is proposing to file a comprehensive Writ Petition.
In view of the same, the Writ Petition is closed, with liberty to the petitioner to file such a Writ Petition.
As a sequel to the disposal of the Writ Petition, WPMP No.19492 of 2014 is disposed of as infructuous.
