JUDGMENT / ORDER

The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents i.e. the Conservator of Forests, Virudhunagar and the Wild Life Warden, Grizzled Squirrel Wild Life Sanctuary, Srivilliputhur, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 26.12.2016, seeking arrears of enhanced subsistence allowance for the period from 17.01.2014 to 30.09.2016 as per Fundamental Rule 53(1)(a)(i), within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
2.Having regard to the limited relief sought for, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.12.2016, seeking arrears of enhanced subsistence allowance for the period from 17.01.2014 to 30.09.2016, as per Fundamental Rule 53(1)(a)(i), and to pass orders in accordance with law, if there are no legal impediments, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
