JUDGMENT / ORDER

The wife, who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2015 filed by the husband seeking restitution of conjugal rights, is the Petitioner.
2.Court notice has been received by the father of the respondent. The respondent has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through his counsel.
3.She seeks transfer of the same from Sub-Court, Bhavani to Family Court, Sivagangai solely on the ground of convenience. In the original petition also, the Petitioner-wife is shown to be a resident of Padamathur, Sivagangai District.
4.Considering the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Transfer Petition and the convenience of the wife, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the Petition in H.M.O.P.No.125 of 2015 is withdrawn from the file of Sub-Court, Bhavani and transferred to the file of Family Court, Sivagangai. The Sub-Court, Bhavani is directed to despatch the records to Family Court,Sivagangai within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
