JUDGMENT / ORDER

C.M.Application No. 15136 of 2012 Heard on the impleadment application.
It is submitted that the appointing authority was not impleaded as opposite party.Therefore, his impleadment is necessary.
After perusal of the affidavit, this court is satisfied that Ward Shiksha Samiti Townarea Amethi, Post Amethi, district C.S.M Nagar is necessary party. Accordingly the application is allowed.Memo of petition be amended accordingly. Amendment be incorporated within a week. Steps be taken with a week thereafter. Issue notice to newly impleaded opposite party returnable at an early date.
List after service.
