Charwa, District Kaushambi pending before Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. 2nd, Kaushambi expeditiously within the short span of time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application under section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the Case No. 1029 of 2018 (State Vs. Nadeem Ahmad) arising out of Case Crime No. 210 of 2018, under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S.
Charwa, District Kaushambi pending before Civil Judge (J.D.)/F.T.C. 2nd, Kaushambi in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
