For Appellants : No appearance For Respondents : Mrs.Mythili Suresh for Sarvabhauman Asso. for R1 JUDGMENT When the second appeal is called today, none appeared on behalf of the appellant. The perusal of the records indicates that even on the previous occasion, when the matter was listed on 03.07.2015 and 15.07.2015, there was no representation for the appellant and hence the matter was adjourned.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that, in spite of her best effect, she could not find out the counsel on record who was filed Vakalath. According to the learned counsel for the respondent, the counsel Mr.S.Uthirasamy is no more and the junior counsel on record Mr.K.Ravikumar is not available in the address furnished in the grounds of appeal for service.
3. Since, there is no representation for the appellants, the second appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. No order as to costs.
