[Order of the Court was made byG.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner alleges that the fourth respondent herein has put up unauthorized construction in S.F.No. 99, 98, 101, 102, 103 and 104 of Gundur Village, Trichy District and S.F.N.354, 249, 250 of Kumaramanagalam Village, Pudukkottai District.
2.He has given a representation dated 04.05.2017, in this regard. The second respondent by communication dated 07.07.2017 has informed the writ petitioner that the constructions put up by the fourth respondent have been treated as unauthorised and that action is being taken under Sections 56 and 57 of Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971. The fourth respondent has filed his counter affidavit denying the allegations of the writ petitioner. We do not propose to go in to the merits of the matter. The second and third respondents are the appropriate authorities. They are already seised of the matter.
3.We direct the second and third respondents to enquire into the matter and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. It goes without saying the said authorities will hear the fourth respondent before passing final orders. The entire excercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
